PROSKE | group reaches new heights of financial management with appointment of Struppler

Feb. 6, 2012 - PRLog -- PROSKE | group GmbH is delighted to announce the appointment of Markus Struppler to the executive board as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Formerley CFO of BayTech Venture Capital, Mr. Struppler’s arrival is a further indication of the continued success of PROSKE | group on the international stage.

Mr. Struppler is an expert in company restructuring and corporate finance methods as well as managing growth and his arrival will allow shareholders Bernd and René Proske to focus on the strategic and operational aspects of the ever-growing business.

In recent years, PROSKE | group has been expanding significantly with PROSKE | sports’ recent appointment by UEFA TOP sponsor Coca-Cola to support its International and Local Hospitality & Ticketing Management Program at the UEFA EURO 2012™ in Poland and Ukraine amongst its notable client wins.

Commenting on the new recruit to the top management team, CEO Bernd Proske said: “Markus Struppler has superb experience and will enable PROSKE | group to continue with its expansion as we seek to grow the business. Mr. Struppler started his professional career at Bain & Company and later joined a Munich-based media group as controller. He spent 11 years with ATOSS Software AG. As Executive Board member for Finance at SolarTec AG he supported the sale of the business to an international investor during a distressed situation.

He then worked as CFO and member of the investment team for BayTech Venture Capital. His main responsibilities were investor relations, finance and reporting as well as portfolio controlling and due diligence audits of new and current investments.
