4-6pm: Open House; take an exclusive tour of the studio, enjoy a complimentary massage or health screening, and learn about our infrared sauna.
6-10pm: Live music and dance party!
Featuring wine tasting from our neighbors at Wine World and an Afro-Cuban pop band!
Event attendees will be offered exclusive membership specials, as well as the opportunity to enter a raffle. Prizes include free infrared sauna sessions and a free membership to Fresh Fitness and Dance!
Fresh Fitness and Dance is a unique in that its members come together to support local causes. Each quarter they select a non-profit organization in which to collectively donate. While this event is free, Fresh will be accepting donations for the John Stanford International School and Mary’s Place.
Fresh Fitness and Dance owner Dee has a passion for non- profit work. Each month she teaches free zumba, pilates and belly dance classes for the women at Mary’s Place. She also volunteers with Fred Hutch, Childhaven, Gracie’s Kiddie Korner, and many other community organizations.

An independent studio located in Seattle's Wallingford neighborhood, Fresh Fitness and Dance was founded in 2011 by Seattle native Dee, whose goal was to create a place where people can connect while sharing the fun, health, community, and confidence gained through fitness and dance.
FRESH offers a wide range of fitness and dance classes for the whole family with a focus on making fitness fun. Traditional and non-traditional classes include Zumba, Pilates, Hula, Bellydance, Ballet, Salsa, Samba, and Boot Camp. All classes are included in our membership with the option to take your talents to the next level by participating in our rotational series classes.
