Keys to Success Conference Awards Archetype President Melissa White the Leadership Development Award

Feb. 3, 2012 - PRLog -- Archetype President, Melissa White and the management team attended the annual Keys to Success Conference held Jan 27-29th in Atlanta, GA.  This conference allows for networking opportunities, sharing best practices, reflecting on the past year's success and failures, and defining goals and targets to reach for the upcoming year.  This year, Melissa received the Leadership Development Award, which was in recognition of her outstanding ability to develop leaders in business.  “Our primary focus at Archetype is developing future business leaders and entrepreneurs.  This is our passion.  We are fortunate that our clients provide us with the ability to grow and expand, thus allowing us further opportunities to develop future business leaders.  No one’s success here hinders anyone else’s success, so we are able to interact in a unique business environment where our team really helps each other develop and grow. Melissa started in an entry level position learning sales, working on one of the leading telecom campaigns in the country.  Through her own leadership development, she progressed through a management training program that allowed her to pioneer a new market on telecom.  Her success has allowed for her to move into a larger market and work in a new industry.  Archetype is now recognized as one of the Top 100 Companies to Work For in Oregon by Oregon Business Magazine.  “We look forward to further leadership development in 2012 utilizing our Management Training Program.  This is foreshadowing what we anticipate to be our best year yet.  We plan on expanding into three new markets this year and working in an entirely new and exciting industry.”
