The featured speaker is Cardiologist Roger V. Cappucci, MD, FACP, FACC of Scarsdale Medical Group, who will explain which behaviors promote a healthy heart and those you should avoid. Among the topics to be discussed are physical exertion, sexual activity, diet, nutrition and the benefits of everything from dark chocolate to exercise.

Dr. Cappucci, who joined Scarsdale Medical Group in 2007, is board certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Diseases and has earned fellowships in the American College of Physicians and the American College of Cardiology. He is currently President of the Medical Staff at White Plains Hospital.
