Top Agent Network, Inc. Launches Chapters in Loudoun County, Va. and Suffolk County, N.Y.

Feb. 2, 2012 - PRLog -- San Francisco (2/2/12) – Top Agent Network (TAN), the private online business community for local top real estate agents, launched new chapters in Loudoun County, Va. and Suffolk County, N.Y. The addition of these chapters expands Top Agent Network’s presence on the East Coast.

Membership in Top Agent Network allows top-ranked real estate agents to share exclusive, Pre/Non-MLS real estate information via the network’s sophisticated online communications platform. TAN's advance notifications and insightful information exchange among trusted peers allow members to provide an unprecedented level of service to their clients, resulting in happier clients and more home sales.

“Sharing Pre/Non-MLS real estate information with one another is something that top agents have been doing forever,” says Top Agent Network Founder and CEO David Faudman. “Unfortunately, this sharing was very haphazard and inefficient. The introduction of chapters in Loudoun and Suffolk counties comes on the heels of TAN’s highly successful launches in the Bay Area of its Marin, San Francisco, San Mateo, Sonoma-Napa, Santa Clara, San Jose and Contra Costa chapters. TAN also recently launched chapters in Howard County, Md. and the Greater Capital Area (Montgomery County, Md. and Metro DC). TAN is also planning to launch in Nassau County, N.Y. in April 2012.

Becoming a TAN member agent

To become a member, an agent must be in the top 10 percent of their TAN chapter geography based on past 24-month closed home sales. Typically this top 10 percent represents the buyer or seller in 3 out of 4 closed escrows.
