The introduction of chapters in Loudoun and Suffolk counties comes on the heels of TAN’s highly successful launches in the Bay Area of its Marin, San Francisco, San Mateo, Sonoma-Napa, Santa Clara, San Jose and Contra Costa chapters. TAN also recently launched chapters in Howard County, Md. and the Greater Capital Area (Montgomery County, Md. and Metro DC). TAN is also planning to launch in Nassau County, N.Y. in April 2012.
Becoming a TAN member agent
To become a member, an agent must be in the top 10 percent of their TAN chapter geography based on past 24-month closed home sales. Typically this top 10 percent represents the buyer or seller in 3 out of 4 closed escrows.
