Justine works with individuals of all ages and walks of life to help them become Happy, Healthy People. Justine uses her books, articles, seminars and speaking engagements to educate as many people as possible. Justine is a Certified Health Coach and an ACE Certified Personal trainer. She is currently pursuing her Masters degree in Human Nutrition with plans to also obtain her PhD.

Also an author, Justine has several books in the works. Her first book is titled “Lose Inches Without Losing Your Mind!© Justine wrote this book as a humorous and practical guide to losing weight inches in a healthy, balanced way and keeping it off.  After putting on 45 pounds in college, she tried every diet to lose the weight.  She finally figured out how to lose it and keep it off, and is passionate to help others do the same!  Justine will be featured as one of several Wellness Experts in collaboration with John Spencer Ellis in “The Wellness Code”.  

Justine also has plans to release her own children’s book series in the near future. The series will be aimed at positively altering the rising statistics of childhood obesity. The books will teach children and their parents about making healthy choices in a fun and memorable way.
