uRide.tv on Track to Deliver Video on Demand and Live Streaming for 2012

uRide.tv will be live streaming the largest cycling festival in the world, the Sea Otter Classic. “Sea Otter attracts more than 50,000 cyclists and fans every year, where they are immersed in dozens of races, product demos, family-oriented events and more than 350 exhibitors showing off the latest in cycling services and products. A four-day "Celebration of Cycling", Sea Otter Classic is regarded as the world's largest cycling festival, hosting nearly 10,000 professional and amateur athletes. The 22nd Annual Sea Otter Classic is April 19-22, 2012 at Laguna Seca Recreation Area, Monterey, California,” according to the Sea Otter Classic media director Donna Brown.
uRide.tv will also be creating a video series called “On the Road to Sea Otter,” which will feature the top mountain biking team in Arizona and how they will be preparing and training for the festival. Each weekend uRide.tv will be on location with the team producing segments on diet, nutrition, mileage, hours trained, cross training, how to videos, clothing, bike frames, gears for different courses, sponsors, friends and family. It will be a fun way to get training tips, entertainment and race goals in real time.
With the Summer Olympics quickly approaching, uRide.tv has been able to secure a seat to also live stream the 2012 Olympic Media Summit; road races like the Tour of Gila, Callville Bay Classic, San Dimas Stage race, Redlands, Cascade Cycling Classic; criterium races like the Delray Beach Twilight, Old Pueblo Grand Prix, Athens Twilight, Charlotte Criterium, Tour De Grove; and featured video highlights from Tour of California, Tour of Utah, Exergy Tour, Liberty/ Philly, USA Pro Cycling Challenge in Colorado, Univest GP and BMX Nationals.
