Lake Nona Welcomes Jill Rose as Senior Leasing and Sales Associate

Feb. 1, 2012 - PRLog -- Lake Nona Property Holdings is pleased to announce the addition of Jill Rose as Senior Leasing and Sales Associate. In this role, Jill will help manage the company’s commercial real estate portfolio that includes more than seven million square feet of planned development with approved entitlements at the 7,000-acre development of regional impact in southeast Orlando, as well as the new Grove at Isleworth Project.

A licensed real estate agent, Jill most recently served as Vice President of Sales and Leasing for a Central Florida mixed-use developer, and has also worked with a leading international commercial brokerage company. Throughout her career, she has assisted in the closing and/or leasing of more than $320 million in commercial real estate land and asset transactions with a focus on retail, office and multi-family development.

Jill is a graduate of the University of Central Florida, where she has been a recurring guest speaker and real estate school mentor.  An award-wining broker, she is a member of the Urban Land Institute, NAIOP and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
