PRLog - Feb. 1, 2012 - New York - Three Tarts is hosting a demo, macaron tasting and book signing with ICE Chef Instructor Kathryn Gordon, featuring her recently published book, Les Petits Macarons, Colorful French Confections to Make at Home.
The chefs of Three Tarts have seen their most famous creation, their gourmet house-made marshmallows, become the hottest food trend of 2012 and have been spotlighted on Good Morning America, The Chew, TODAY, New York Live as well as in print in People Magazine and The New York Times Style Magazine.
Like their marshmallows, the macarons are also offered in different flavors. In 2011 Three Tarts offered a special flavor of their french macarons for French Macaron Day and is now following that up with this demo of how they make their french macarons as well as tips from author Kathryn Gordon.
