Oregon Community Foundation Grants Help Adults Remain in Counseling (Bend, OR) WINNING Over Anger and Violence (WINNING) has received two grants totaling $6,000. The grants include $5,000 from the Robert W. Chandler II Fund of The Oregon Community Foundation and $1,000 from the Rick and Diane Rupp Family Fund of The Oregon Community Foundation. WINNING will use the grant money to subsidize counseling for adults who are learning alternatives to anger and violence. These clients are making excellent progress in their group counseling but need financial help because of unemployment or other issues. Without the support from Winning, the clients could not continue receiving help. WINNING Over Anger and Violence has provided counseling services for more than 25 years in Central Oregon. It is currently seeking community members to work on fundraising, networking and other jobs.
