1st Class Graduates Rock the Team Building world!

Two Leicester graduates tackle employment market with fresh team building band experience concept

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

PRLog (Press Release) - Jan. 31, 2012 - Stuart Bulsara and Amy Lorne, both graduated with first class honors in Marketing Management from De Montfort University. Even with such a high achievement, jobs were still in short supply and the pair decided to set up a venture of their own.

The two partners have devised a bespoke ‘band experience’ that aims to develop the understanding of team performance through the medium of music. Individuals learn how to play music on different instruments in a band environment utilising key skills such as leadership and management. They aim to help turn developing teams into solid performers with clear understanding of personal and alternate team roles. Ultimately this will help to increase graduate employability and improve business performance across the UK. People are following them on twitter from all over the world http://www.twitter.com/keynotetb

Stuart states; “Team Skills must be nurtured and maintained to support individual career path progression and collectively improve business team performance to help ‘Motivate, Evolve and Succeed’. We want to help individuals from graduate to CEO level further understand team-based principles within a fun and exciting environment in order to improve businesses across the UK and Europe.”

Andy Rees, Head of Strategic Management and Marketing at De Montfort University said, “This team have something special that can help SME’s, Government organisations and Educational institutes of all kinds to evolve and succeed through an exciting and creative approach.”

Unlike other team building companies, Keynote brings more than just a ‘fun day out’. The two entrepreneurs have developed their own theory known as ‘The Keynote 5 Senses Model’, which uses fundamental principles such as Interaction and Insight to highlight 5 steps in creating a successful team.

Mark Prescod, Senior Lecturer at De Montfort University commented, “Having only graduated in June, Amy and Stuart have come such a long way. They have won an award for their innovative concept, built an established network around them and have created a credible brand with 55 clients in just 6 months. As a previous mentor I hope that they continue with their success, as there are many students and organisations that can benefit from what they offer.”
