Core Stix Announces Launch Of A New Revolutionary Fitness Product

First full-body fitness system to combine 360° resistance, core, and cardio.

PRLog - Feb. 1, 2012 - MANHATTAN BEACH, Calif. -- MANHATTAN BEACH, Calif. – Core Stix has unveiled its exciting new functional
training device that started with one simple but brilliant idea from pro-sports
Strength and Conditioning Coach, Mike Kadar. Mike’s vision started many years
ago on the family farm in Canada while building cattle fences with his father.
Mike was tasked with the job of digging the holes for the fence posts, which
required driving a 60 pound steel bar into the ground and rotating it around and
around to carve out enough of a hole for the fence post. This resulted in a
tremendous total body and core workout that is simulated in several of Core
Stix’s many routines.

With this vision, Mike set out to create an easy and fun to use full body functional
training device that is challenging and versatile enough for even the strongest pro
athletes. Mike teamed up with Kregg Koch, an accomplished engineer and patent
attorney who worked on NASA’s Space Shuttle program, to bring his ideas into
form.

After many years of hard-tested development, Core Stix now manufactures one
of the most innovative and effective training devices available anywhere.
Delivering 100+ highly effective routines for the entire body, Core Stix is the top
choice for trainers, therapists, athletes and everyday users. Included in the vast
lineup of exercises is the highly effective trunk rotation routine that inspired it all,
plus many other strength, balance, stretching and rehabilitation routines for every
muscle group in the body.

Fitness professionals and celebrity trainers are really excited about the amazing
benefits of Core Stix. World-renowned personal trainer, Gunnar Peterson, can’t
get enough of the multifaceted workout for himself and his clientele. “What a
terrific new tool to have in my gym! Core Stix is new, it’s original, it’s dynamic and
it’s well thought out. I use it with my pro athletes and my ‘pro parents’! It’s great
to see quality rear it’s ugly head every now and then!”

Adam Ernster says, “I own the Bunker in Beverly Hills. Catering to an exclusive
Hollywood/Beverly Hills crowd requires that I always be up on the latest
equipment, my clients demand it. I have been using Core Stix with all of my
clients for the past year. It is one of the most versatile pieces of equipment that I
have – there’s literally nothing I can’t do with it. Core Stix is a simple, incredibly
effective and uniquely designed piece of equipment that always attracts my
clients’ interest, and they’re never disappointed.”
