Ski Butlers Grows Faster than Snowpack

PRLog (Press Release) - Jan. 30, 2012 - Aspen, CO…Ski Butlers Aspen saw great growth over the Christmas and New Year’s holidays despite the lack-luster snow.  “The skiing was still great,” says Ski Butlers Aspen owner Riley Tippet, “we just didn’t have the big storms we have had in the past couple years.”  Even with social media outlets and the local news touting the dryness of the winter “Our shelves were still empty over the holidays.” Tippet said.

Tippet attributes this growth to their Customer Service, “The majority of our guests are repeat and referrals from past customers.”  Ski Butlers, in all their 10 locations, continues to “Wow”, as the put it, their guests.  They have focused on the little things, from giving reusable tote bags filled with local information to grabbing the morning paper to give to guests at those 7am deliveries.  With the recent storms across the west Ski Butlers is anticipating an even busier second half to the season.  “The more people that use our service, the more we get to prove that Customer Service means everything to us!” concludes Riley.
