Dedert Corporation Opens State-of-the-Art Research and Development Facility in Midwest USA

Jan. 30, 2012 - PRLog -- Chicago, Illinois, January 30 2012 - Dedert Corporation, specialists in drying and evaporation technology worldwide, has moved into their new head office and state-of-the-art research and development facility, located at 17740 Hoffman Way, Homewood, Illinois.

The new North American headquarters combines an expanded office, pilot plant and the ability to hold critical spare parts in stock for immediate delivery, enabling Dedert to provide the best service to its Customers. The new location is strategically well positioned in the heart of the Midwest, just 30 miles from downtown Chicago, conveniently near Interstates 294 and 80.

The fully-equipped 10,000 square foot onsite research facility will be a useful tool in providing customers with innovative process solutions designed to increase their competitive advantage.  Products and processes will be tested on pilot scale Dedert evaporators and/or dryers to establish the correct parameters and material characteristics needed for optimal design and scale-up. The adjoining laboratory will allow detailed analysis of product quality.

Dedert moved into the new office, which has dedicated space for training, group meetings and break-out rooms for private client meetings, at the beginning of December. The pilot plant is scheduled to be completed in April 2012.
