Here’s her finger-licking party wings’ recipe:
Jamaican Jerk-Hell Wings
2 lbs wingettes
Jamaican jerk deasoning as needed
2 Tbls minced scotch bonnet peppers
1 8 oz can coconut milk
2 tbs spicy mustard
1 lime
The night before the party marinate the wings in the coconut milk. The next day drain and place wings in bowl and season with mustard, lime, jerk seasoning and scotch bonnet and marinate additional four (4) hours then place on baking sheet uncovered and bake at 375 degrees for one (1) hour or until done or outdoor grill if your can.
Serve with Blue Cheese to cool down if you cant handle the heat!
Now, how about some “Football Skins”!
Football Skins
10-12 small red bliss potatoes halved
½ cup bacon bits
1 cup of monterey and sharp cheddar cheese
Chives for garnish
Salt and pepper to taste
Sour cream for dipping
Ranch powder by Hidden Valley
1 cup milk
2 Tbs butter
Boil potatoes until tender drain and let cool on baking sheet
Scoop out the very center of each potato put in a bowl add milk, butter, bacon bits ½ cup of the cheese, salt and pepper
Spoon back into potatoes and top with remaining cheese bake until cheese is golden and bubbly at 350 degrees about 15 minutes.
Garnish with minced chives and more bacon if you desire.
Mix sour cream and ranch powder for dipping and dunking your Football like potato skins!
