Bush Furniture Expands "Small‐Space Selling" Tools for Retailers
Samples & Demos on Display at Las Vegas Market, Jan 30‐Feb 3, 2012
Jamestown, N.Y. – (January 30, 2012) – Bush Furniture, a leading global manufacturer of smart furnishing solutions for the home and office, announced today that it is introducing new retail selling tools designed to increase selling efficiency, while using smaller footprints. These tools, now available to the general market for the first time, will be on display at Las Vegas Market from January 30 ‐ February 3, 2012, in Building A, Showroom #610.
"Our customers are challenging us to sell more of our products while taking up less space on the retail floor," said Jim Sherbert, CEO of Bush Industries, Inc. "As we expand our business into new categories and channels, we're constantly looking for news ways to help support our customers' marketing and ROI requirements. These small‐space selling initiatives are designed to do just that."
The Furniture Finder is a rich SaaS Web‐based application designed to simplify the online furniture buying experience. It guides users through selection and purchase, using a hierarchy of questions aimed at pinpointing the consumer's needs and preferences. Its interactive features, design flexibility and single‐source efficiency is the perfect productivity tool.
Workplace Solutions Configurator
An online application intended for virtual sales environments, the Workplace Solutions
Configurator is focused on the company's Series A and Series C products. Using a decision tree similar to that used in the Furniture Finder, this tool helps users pinpoint which specific SKUs they need when setting up an office. This solution packages a powerful merchandising tool into a single‐source, easy‐to‐use format, instantly expanding both choice and offer while mitigating inventory requirements and selling risk.
Workplace Solutions Retail Kiosk
This display, designed for the furniture pads of brick and mortar retailers, is an "analog" selling tool for the popular Series A and Series C collections of commercial‐grade furniture. Through graphics, a unique, small‐footprint furniture display and brochure, it effectively helps lead consumers through a systematic self‐shopping experience for these two broad lines of commercial office furniture.
Retailers interested in adopting any of these selling tools are invited to visit Bush at the company's Las Vegas Market showroom.
