EVM provides the ability for project managers to identify schedule and cost issues earlier in the project life cycle so they can positively react to any variances.
With upfront guidance from ScottMadden, the client was successful in developing this tool for their upcoming outage. The client reports it was easy to produce valuable daily information, incorporating data from existing financial and outage software programs.
