Frustrated by the lack of Vegan Cooking shows? Vegan Mashup to premiere on public TV summer 2012

PRLog (Press Release) - Jan. 30, 2012 - The new show will premiere this summer on public television stations nationwide.

Vegan Mashup focuses on easily preparing tasty plant-based recipes and makes healthy eating fun, simple and delicious. The recipes will have broad appeal to all types of eaters from vegan to carnivores.

The show features favored leaders in vegan cooking Terry Hope Romero, Toni Fiore and Miyoko Schinner in their kitchens.  A surprise guest will appear each week. The show will be produced in Maine, NY and CA.

Funding is needed to cover production and post-production costs as well as outreach efforts for the program.
