Franchisees of the Year AND Best Start Franchise Awards Announced by ANY LAB TEST NOW®

Jan. 30, 2012 - PRLog -- Alpharetta, GA… ANY LAB TEST NOW® is pleased to announce the 2011 Franchisee of the Year and the 2011 Best Start Franchisee.  These franchisees have worked hard to provide their community affordable lab testing services with stellar service and professionalism.
The 2011 Franchisee of the Year winners are Dallas Franchisee Co-Owners Jeff Nugent and Syl Trepanier.  
Nugent, who is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the franchise, brings enthusiasm to everything he does, and this enthusiasm is a model for his staff as well as other ANY LAB TEST NOW franchisees.  Nugent was also a member of the 2011 Franchise Advisory Board, and frequently mentors other franchisees.  
“Jeff is consistently a top performing franchisee because he works his business hard every day and he clearly delivers the superior brand experience required to build and maintain customer loyalty,” said ANY LAB TEST NOW CEO Joe Neely. Jeff's attention to hiring and managing exceptional personnel, efficient operations management, and effective sales and marketing efforts are reflected in his location’s profitability.  
When presented his award on January 23, 2012, Jeff Nugent said “I am deeply honored to accept this award.”  He added, “It’s a wonderful feeling to be acknowledged amongst your peers.  Thank you.”  
Within two weeks of the scheduled opening of the ANY LAB TEST NOW Joplin, MO store, the area was devastated by tornadoes.  The Best Start Franchisee overcame tremendous hurdles to open on time and provided much needed laboratory services to the area.  

Joplin’s Quentin Caswell and Carl Smith received the Best Start Franchisee Award for their flexibility in creating a marketing initiative to help medical providers displaced by the devastation and ensure they had a facility to provide medical lab testing when other facilities were closed.  Being eager to learn about the ANY LAB TEST NOW system, Caswell and Smith participated in all training and other events made available to franchisees in an effort to continually learn and grow, as well as participation in an optional coaching program, even before they opened their doors. Similar to Nugent, this team pays attention daily to what’s working and not working for their community business, and adjusts quickly based on what they’ve learned.

Caswell and Smith were presented their award on January 17, 2012. "We are very honored to be recognized by ANY LAB TEST NOW as the 'Best Start' franchise of 2011. It is wonderful to be part of such a professional organization which provides such needed services to our community,” said the Joplin co-owners.
