Jan. 30, 2012 - PRLog -- The season-long Strider World Cup™ series gives toddlers ages two to five the chance for friendly competition at events across the country. The Strider World Cup races are very popular in Japan and across the USA and now the hunt is on for the UK Champion.
Have your toddler test ride their favourite Strider on the course while playing, learning, and socializing with peers on two wheels!

Participating in a race in the UK will qualify the racer for the Strider World Championship in Florida at Sarasota BMX next year.

The first race will be held on Sunday, February 12th at Willesden. Malorees Junior School, Christchurch Avenue, London, NW6 7PB

Melrose Kids, the UK distributor,  Melanie  Thomas says, “At Strider, we love seeing little kids light up with excitement when they get that first taste of freedom, mobility, and adventure that comes from their first bike experience. We’re thrilled to be promoting Strider World Cup Racing and the Strider Adventure Zone programme  here in the UK, as we believe it will further fuel that budding passion for riding on two wheels and inspire other kids to get outside, get on a bike, and give it try. This year sees the launch of several races across the UK, and all free to enter, we hope that by making it accessible to all that we can really help capture the imagination of the kids”

About Strider™ No-Pedal Bikes
If your toddler can walk, your toddler CAN ride a STRIDER™! Avoid tricycle tip-overs and training wheel wobbles. Go straight to riding on TWO wheels. STRIDER™ No-Pedal Bikes help toddlers age one to five years old learn balance and coordination BEFORE pedaling, which develops glittering confidence and amazing bike handling skills. So ditch the tricycle and training wheels, and teach your child to ride a bike sooner, better, and safer with a STRIDER™.
