Prior to co-founding HTH, Angelo was the CEO (and Founder) of WCA, Aetna U.S. Healthcare’s managed workers comp company in Blue Bell, PA. Prior to WCA, Angelo founded and served as CEO of Managed Health Care Services, a private managed care development, management and data services company which developed HMO/PPO networks in over sixty U.S. cities.

He has served as Director of Marketing for ASA; an online healthcare claims processing software systems company in Chicago, as Director of Cost Management for Pacific Life Insurance Co., and as Senior Planner in the Division of Program Innovation of Blue Cross of Massachusetts. Angelo was recognized as Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year in Greater Philadelphia in 2009. He holds a B.A. from Boston University and a Masters of City Planning from the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Design-PennDesign.
