“We're very excited about the new location for BAP Gym...it allows us to centralize in one place and create a serious underground gym culture focused on what really gets results without unnecessary frills or gimmicks...This is not a corporate health club or over-commercialized fitness product,” says Kristopher.
BAP Gym will blend the best of old-school training techniques with cutting-edge research and training technology. The training program was previously offered at various parks and fields around the West Seattle area. They will now offer one-on-one and small group personal training programs. Kristopher says, “Our goal is for the surrounding communities of South Seattle, Georgetown, West Seattle, Burien, Tukwila, and Seatac to have access to a serious first rate fitness program and facility.”
Training will be offered for youth athletes ages 6-18 as well as adults wanting to transform their bodies with high-intensity training.
Blueprint Athletic Performance also provides individual nutritional guidance for clients to nutritionally support their training and “special exercises” to do at home when necessary. Leaving nothing to chance when it comes their clients’ goals. In addition, all members have access to a monthly grocery store tour and nutrition seminar.
