The audit took place over 2 days during which time the following key services were assessed by the auditing team:

• Supports in the community
Alone CEO, Sean Moynihan, stated that “the charity was delighted to achieve certification to this internationally recognised standard as it demonstrates to our service users and the wider community that we manage our services in a professional manner and that the needs and expectations of our service users are at the heart of everything we do”.
The Alone management team can now identify and review how their systems and processes are performing thereby prompting immediate remedial action to ensure continuous service user satisfaction.
