FOLLOW UP to “Who is Teaching our Children in our Public School Classrooms?”

Jan. 27, 2012 - PRLog -- This free lance writer informed the McKinney Independent School District’s (ISD) Mr. Wade Johnson, Trustees Member Place 6 last February 2011 that JoAnn Forister, one of the McKinney ISD part time employees was a “professional evictee” cheating landlords out of rents and has written hot checks for over $2,000.00. In response Mr. Wade declared that it was not in his job description and that the human resource department handles those matters.

This free lance writer in February 2011 reported the immoral and criminal acts of JoAnn Forister to the human resource department where Forister has been employed for over two years.

This writer strongly questions the capability of the McKinney ISD and the ability of the staff having ignored the information provided for the McKinney ISD to act upon.

This writer believes the McKinney ISD added and abetted their employee Forister in the scams and criminal activities paying Forister funds from the tax payers of Collin County to cause damages in the amount exceeding $5,000.00 since being informed of Forister’s scams and criminal activities.

This does not come close to the now over 3 years of damage Forister has done to the children of Collin County, Forister has brought this immoral and criminal standard.    

Since being evicted from a Melissa, Texas property and leaving owning $2,750.00 in back rent and 2 hot checks totaling over $1,500.00. Those checks were placed in the Collin County Division of Hot Checks.

A summons issue to Forister to report to the Justice Court for trial was ignored by Forister. Judgment was issued to pay restitution in the next few months or go to jail.    

Shortly after leaving Melissa, Texas February 2011 Forister found another victim and moved into 1400 North Graves Street, McKinney, Texas 750696 only to scam that Landlord out of $2,000.00 rent and costs before being evicted in December 2011 and another judgment was granted against Forister by the Justice Court of Collin County.

While failing to face criminal charges for over $1,500.00 hot checks in December 2011, while being evicted from Graves Street property December 2011, this professional criminal Forister finds the time to issue another hot check in the amount of $64.95 just after Christmas 2011.

One must wonder if there is any responsible citizen in Collin County that feels it is wrong that McKinney ISD should use our school property taxes to hire persons that promote scams and criminal activity such as those of Forister.
