Needham, MA Single-Family Home Prices Rise, Sales Fall 2011

March 15, 2012 - PRLog -- The median price of single-family homes in Needham, Massachusetts increased as sales decreased in 2011, according to data analyzed by Haverhill-based Buyers Brokers Only LLC (http://www.buyersbrokersonly.com/mezini.htm), an exclusive buyer agent real estate brokerage firm.

The median price of single-family homes increased 3.8 percent in 2011 compared to 2010, a difference of $25,000.  Single-family home sales fell 8.2 percent in 2011, a difference of 25 sales compared to 2010.

The median price of condominiums decreased 3.2 percent in 2011, a difference of $17,750 compared to the year before. Condo sales in Needham, MA were flat, with one less sale in 2011 than in the previous year.

Multi-family home prices decreased 1 percent in 2011, a difference of $5,000 compared to 2010. Sales of multi-family homes increased 250 percent in 2011, an increase of five sales compared to 2010.
