Afternoon flights added to 2013 Clark Hot Air Balloon Festival Program, Special Dinner also

Jan. 26, 2012 - PRLog -- Program for 18th Philippines Hot AIr Balloon Fiesta in Clark, Pampanga has added two afternoon flights of the colorful balloons on Friday and Saturday.   Both flights are scheduled to take place between 5pm and 6:30pm just before the popular evening glow of the hot air balloon, a program that attracts photographers from Manila and Angeles City, Pampanga to attend the 2013 Hot Air Balloon Festival in Clark.

Visitors from Manila are particular happy with this year’s addition of the two afternoon flights of the Hot Air Balloons because most people find it difficult to arrive on time from Clark for the early morning flights at 5:30am.  Now visitors planning to attend the 2013 Hot Air Balloon Festival can catch the special Hot Air Balloon Shuttle service which leaves Manila at 7am, enjoy a full day of activities, have lunch and dinner at nearby Clark Wine Center and catch the afternoon flights of the hot air balloon before boarding the shuttle at 7:30pm going back to Manila.

Famous wine shop, Clark Wine Center which offers a very popular Hot Air Balloon Breakfast at Dawn service for the early birds to observe the early morning flight of the colorful balloons passing above, has just announced that it will add to the fiesta programs, a special Hot Air Balloon Dinner for the 23rd and 24th February.

Dinner will be served at the wine tasting room (second floor indoor) and the alfresco roof deck lawn of the Clark Wine Center.  Open for dinner service at 5pm and lasting through 8pm, this special dinner not only enables guests to watch the balloons flying above while enjoying a nice meal in comfort.  It also enables visitors tired from a long day of excitement at the Hot Air Balloon Fiesta in Clark to enjoy a good meal before boarding the shuttle bus going back to Manila.

Smart tourists would probably choose to avoid the weekend and check in on Wednesday or Thursday instead.  Although the programs for those two days may not sound as exciting as that on the grand finale Sunday or the penultimate Saturday lead-up, many can probably approach the balloons and the crew with less obstacles on Thursday and Friday.   Rooms may still be available but many tourists and local residents travelling north from Manila are booking them fast.
