Founded in 1994, Navon’s Crown Limousine L.A. services Los Angeles, Ventura and Orange County, and includes a bevy of impressive vehicles that include Lincoln Town Cars, Lincoln Stretch Limos, Chrysler 300 Limos, Sprinter Vans, Bentley Flying Spurs, Mercedes S550’s, Escalades, Tahoe Hybrids, Escalade Limos, H-2 Limos and party buses.
With 50 employees on his staff and annual revenue of over $3 million, Navon rarely makes media appearances because of his rigid schedule, and discreetness with his Company.
With extensive experience in Los Angeles, Navon is most recently in the news for taking the throne in Los Angeles, as LCT Magazine coined him, in leading a sustainable transportation and eco-friendly effort for his Company practices and fleet purchases.
Navon sat down for a rare interview to discuss the three most pivotal moments in his professional life and how he defines a successful CEO.
-Before becoming CEO at Crown Limos L.A., what were the three most pivotal moments in your professional life that you either learned from or that got you where you are today?
When I was 18 years old, I worked for a high profile Law Firm in the mail room. This experience gave me a great deal of knowledge in many aspects of business. I really learned how things work in a professional environment. On a marketing note, I learned if you do any type of direct mail you cannot send it to the office, I was told to trash all advertisement and if by chance I missed something then the secretary would get it before it ever made it to the executive’s hands.
-What should a potential employee want to know about you prior to interviewing with you for a career with Crown Limos?
I treat my employees as partners. We are a team and all work together to achieve the reputation that we have earned – we strive for discreetness which is why celebrities and high profile politicians call us. It’s all about customer service – and hiring talent. Talent hire’s talent.
-How does your work ethic help those that you work with?
I think if shows them what is expected as I feel you need to lead by example. The work ethic that the employees have is not one that can be taught – these are qualities that you are born with, and I’d like to think that Crown brings this out of them.

Committing to each customer 110%, and to keep my employees happy as this shows in their performance, and with overall treatment of the client and business operations.
-How do you find time as a CEO of a company to balance your professional life versus your personal life?
It is very difficult to separate work from home, but on the weekend I really try to get work out of my head so that I can truly be “present” when I am with my family.
Navon is married with two kids, and resides in Brentwood with their 3 dogs, and two cats.
