located on 5.5 acres in the Northeast Appleton Industrial Park. The facility features 30,000 sqft of total enclosed
area, including a 7,800 sqft tipping building with (2) 30’ tall overhead doors, a 7,000 sqft drywall recycling area, a
14 person sorting station, and 44,000 lb sorting screen.
Materials Sorted
Landfill Reduction & Recycling’s capabilities include efficient sorting, aggregating, and resizing of all construction
materials including: wood, drywall, shingles, aggregates, metal, cardboard, carpet, carpet pad, mattresses, plastics,
and landscape material, among many other materials. Materials can be delivered to the facility in roll-off boxes,
walking bed semis or dump style trailers. Materials may be mixed construction debris or material may be delivered
presorted.
