Lee & Associates Secures Large Industrial Leasing Assignment

Jan. 25, 2012 - PRLog -- Lee & Associates, in a combined effort by two of the firm’s Southern California offices, has won its bid to secure the leasing assignment to the industrial portfolio of Watt Properties, a division of Watt Companies. The 12 buildings and four industrial properties sit on a total of 580,436 square feet and are located in the cities of Long Beach, Torrance, Carson and Northridge.

“The teamwork exhibited here is a perfect example of what Lee is known for,” said Gregory Gill, who along with four other brokers, spearheaded the group effort by Los Angeles/ Long Beach and LA North/Ventura offices. “Because the competition was stiff, with major players vying for this deal, we had to come up with a plan that met Watt’s expectations.”

Gill, president of Lee Los Angeles/Long Beach, joined with Garrett Massaro and Brandon Carrillo of the Long Beach office to represent Watt Properties for the properties in Long Beach, Torrance and Carson, while Mike Tingus and Randall Kobata of the LA North/Ventura handled the Northridge properties.  

The CSULB Technology Park, located at Technology Place, Long Beach, Calif. and Northridge Business Park, on Prairie St. in Northridge, Calif. make up the bulk of the portfolio, with 257,116 square feet and 231,620 square feet respectively.
