Carpenter’s career in commercial real estate began in 2007 at Cohen Commercial Realty where he was responsible for over 17 projects including shopping centers, commercial buildings, and land totaling over 1,500,000 square feet.
During tenure at Cohen Commercial Realty, Carpenter served as a Senior Leasing Agent where he specialized in establishing positive client relationships, thorough market analysis, and negotiating commercial lease and sale transactions from beginning to end. He closed more than $20,000,000 in sales and lease transactions on behalf of landlords in South Florida with multiple national and regional retail tenants including but not limited to: Wal-Mart, TD Bank, Napa Auto Parts, You Fit Health Clubs, Solantic Urgent Care, Wings, and T-Mobile.
As a Retail Associate at Stiles, Carpenter’s current lease portfolio includes: Coral Landings III in Coral Springs/Margate, Florida; The Gateway at Sawgrass in Sunrise, Florida and the former West Marine building located at 2300 South Federal Highway in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He is also responsible for several notable retail tenant representation accounts.
