Veronica Strongman who is a Director of Bournecoast, sat the final of four units at the beginning of the New Year and passed – with flying colours. She attributed her success to her many years of experience, saying: “I took these examinations with the intention of combining studying with my knowledge of the property industry which I have built up over the past 15 years. The studying assisted me with the specific dates and historical information about different regulations, whilst my in depth knowledge of the industry guided me through the rest of the exams.” Des Simmons, MD of Bournecoast said; “We are all very proud of my sister attaining a 100% pass rate and it just goes to show how seriously we take our business. With the many years gleaned as a family business, this proves that we certainly know the property industry inside out.”
