Georgetown Hospital System Sets Blood Drive Dates for February

Jan. 25, 2012 - PRLog -- Georgetown, SC – Residents of surrounding counties are encouraged to contribute to the lifesaving cause of becoming a blood donor. Maintaining adequate blood supplies keep our hospitals prepared for patient emergencies every day. Georgetown Hospital System is planning two blood drives in February:

Friday, February 3, 2012 at Georgetown Memorial Hospital
in Georgetown from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm  

Thursday, February 23, 2012 at HealthPoint Center for Health and Fitness
in Pawleys Island from 12:30 to 5:30 pm

Online appointments can be made at www.redcrossblood.org or by calling 843.652.1135 for GMH or 843.237.2205 for HealthPoint. Walk-ins are also welcome.
