When possible , vehicles should have less than 1/4 tank of gas when they are being shipped. This reduces the weight of the vehicle and therefore the overall weight of the truck. By minimizing the weight of the vehicle, you reduce the likelihood that trucks are over-weight and all the delays associated with being over weight. Other benefits are increase fuel mileage and overall improvement of  your bottom line.

A deposit using a credit card is required to hold a spot on the truck. The deposit is not required until we have a carrier committed to take your load. The balance will be paid cod  to the driver in cash or a cashiers check. Upon pick up the driver and customer/ inspect the vehicle for damages. If there are any damages the driver will make note and the customer will sign off  before the vehicle is loaded. When the driver has reached the designated city the customer will be notified in a timely fashion for a drop off time. If the customer is not at the drop off site on time the driver may have to take the vehicle to a local terminal at the customers expense.
