Synopsis:
Monica Stewart’s grandfather is in a coma. His secret life’s work the Spiral Rose has been stolen by millionaire Orton Foote and his thugs from Orton Food Industries.
Monica and her friends enlist the help of The Allotment Club, four elderly men who were her grandfather’
There is a stand booked and paid for at the Harrogate Flower Show where her grandfather was going to reveal the Spiral Rose to the world. But, the police investigating the robbery have reached the conclusion that the old man must have been growing cannabis and using the kids to distribute it.
The allies have to steal back the Spiral Rose from Orton Food Industries and get it to the Harrogate Flower Show for its scheduled grand showing. But Orton Foote has doubled security at the plant and his henchman Alexander Crush has been ordered to finish the job Foote’s hired thugs failed to accomplish … the murder of the old man in a coma.
Pursued by parents, police and Foote’s own security, the race is on to recover the stolen Spiral Rose and get it to the showground before losing it forever.
