Specialists in Urology & Premiere Oncology to Host Seminar February 4 At Coconut Point Hyatt

Jan. 24, 2012 - PRLog -- BONITA PRINGS, FL - Specialists in Urology (SIU) and Premiere Oncology will host a free cancer symposium discussing “The Real Scoop on PSA Screening - Waste of Time or Life Saving Test?” on Saturday, February 4, from 9 a.m.-noon at the Coconut Point Hyatt at 5001 Coconut Road in Bonita Springs.

Topics will include prostate screening guidelines, an overview of newer and more sensitive tests for prostate cancer, and in-depth discussion of cancer vaccines and other state-of-the-art treatment options.

“This is a great opportunity for community members to learn more about prostate cancer screening and cancer treatment options from a panel of industry experts,” said Susan Scholz, COO at Specialists in Urology.

Eighteen speakers from the board-certified physicians of Specialists in Urology and Premiere Oncology will be presenting at the symposium, and will remain on hand to answer questions following the presentation.

Scholz said SIU and Premiere Oncology are excited to be able to offer the symposium at no cost to attendees, and they are looking forward to a large turnout.
