Often called Head Hunting this is generally seen as a service that can only be targeted at the most senior of management roles and whilst it is very true that it is only really cost effective above a certain level, that level is not determined by salary alone. The expectations and aspirations of the individuals targeted is also a major factor in determining the success, or otherwise, of a search assignment.
   
The first thing to do here is to define what we mean by Executive Search. Most people think of head hunting as an extension of the ‘old boys network’, a grandiose form of networking with lots of long lunches and industry gossip. Of course networking forms a part of any head-hunter’s armoury, knowing where to start is always a good thing. However, we at More People are ‘professional’ networkers – its what we do, and why many of our clients value our advice and input. Information based on networking is something that is freely available to any client working with us to achieve their strategic long term goals. That’s not what we call headhunting and is certainly not something we would expect our clients to pay premium for.  

What we regard as headhunting is true executive search. It is a targeted campaign designed to unearth the right candidate, for a specific role and to fulfil a particular client brief. As such it requires a great deal of preparation and a carefully thought out plan of action. It also requires a very different mind-set to be adopted by the client than that in the normal recruitment process. We at More People can guide you through this process with the highest level of discretion and professionalism, ensuring that both client and candidate confidentiality is maintained and that the integrity of all parties remains intact throughout.

As with all our services we adopt a pragmatic approach to the fees we charge for this service. The bulk of the fee is payable only on successful completion of the assignment with the only fees due in advance being those agreed with the client to cover the costs associated with the specific and bespoke research costs.
