9th Annual Party Gras FAME Awards is Coming!

Jan. 23, 2012 - PRLog -- The 9th Annual FAME Awards which will take place on Thursday, February 23rd will be held at a new venue this year – The Mill in Spring Lake.  The FAME Awards, or Fabulous Achievement in Marketing Excellence has been known as one of the best functions for networking in the Jersey Shore building industry, with many builders and associates attending.  According to Marge Karahuta, Co-Chair of the Sales and Marketing & PR Committee for the SBACNJ, “This event is unlike many in that it draws attendees from all over the state of NJ, not just the Jersey Shore area.  We plan this event all year long and always keep the fun and festive theme and atmosphere so that it’s not just a normal networking event, but is so much more.  This year’s theme is Party Gras and we’ll be bringing a bit of the New Orleans flare to New Jersey with festive decorations and beads for all attendees to wear.  In addition to it being fun, business happens at this event and that is why it is so well attended.”

With a 2 hour cocktail reception and open bar beginning at 6:00 PM, anyone who is anyone in the homebuilding industry will be there.  Following the networking cocktail reception the awards will be presented to builders and associates in several categories including individual awards such as Sales Manager of the Year, Marketing Director of the Year and Construction Supervisor of the Year.  In addition, there will be several Community of the Year awards presented to those communities that excelled in several areas of marketing throughout 2011.  

In addition to the awards and the networking reception, the SBACNJ’s Sales and Marketing & PR Committee will be presenting a special Outstanding Achievement Award to Gabe Vitale of C&L Sweeper for his dedication and commitment to the Association over the past years, Karahuta continues, “There are so many members who show their support and dedication to the Association; however, this year we are honoring Gabe Vitale for his many contributions to the Association and hard work as an Officer, on the Board of Directors and as a member of several committees.”
