New Beginnings in Village Square at Amberly: The Custom Builder Team is Back

This made it impossible for the developer to complete the community. In 2011, the FDIC partnered with IOTA Amberly, LLC based in California to plan and finish the community. Near the end of 2011, Pulte Homes bought from IOTA Amberly, LLC the remaining portions of the community.  Pulte has agreed to sell the available homesites in the custom home section of Village Square to the Amberly Builder Group.
