Vintage Diggs Announces February 2012 Giveaway

Jan. 20, 2012 - PRLog -- Online seller of unique retro apparel & accessories VintageDiggs.com has just released word on their next product giveaway. The blog blast went out three days ago, and fans may be surprised to learn that February's giveaway won't include any vintage.

No vintage?! That's right. Yet even though there's no vintage up for grabs this time, there is still plenty of vintage styling to go around. The recent blog post announced their first contemporary collaboration to date, a partnering with European shoe company Ugglebo Clogs. We are happy to report that their Swedish Clog cohorts have been around since the 1960's, and they have been known to continuously strive to keep some of their classic styling intact!

When you hear the words "classic", "Swedish", and "clog" your mind might materialize a vision of a blonde girl in braids stomping around in wooden shoes while leading her goat to pasture. If so, you are sure to be pleasantly surprised at Ugglebo's numerous styles, versatile assortment, and modern approach to an iconically retro piece of footwear.

The Vintage Diggs blog post entitled "Shoes to Clog About" goes far enough to give fans the February 1st start date for the giveaway sign up, great styling tips for pairing your clogs with vintage, and a peak at a couple of Ugglebo's signature clog styles. Yet never one to be accused of a "spoiler alert," Vintage Diggs creative director Andrea Pires was careful not to announce which clogs would be featured as the giveaway style. Vintage fans will just have to wait and see... or perhaps this might even give them the opportunity to have a say in which style will be highlighted as the featured product!
