New Book Shows You How to Build a Superhero Physique

This book presents a weightlifting system for intermediate to advanced weight trainers that maximizes the muscular development of an individual, while creating a complete, balanced and symmetrical physique.

Jan. 19, 2012 - PRLog -- While America copes with an ever-expanding obesity epidemic, one man leads his assault in the fight with a combination of experience, organized instruction, and the call to courage, honesty, hard work and integrity.

In his debut nonfiction book, “Supermen: Building Maximum Muscle for a Lifetime”, Craig Cecil explains the methods and mindset he used to transform the bodies of dozens of individuals over the past two decades into virtual supermen—the types of bodies that don’t seem possible without performance-enhancing drugs.

The journey begins with a personal account of how Mr. Cecil transformed himself from a 165lb college kid into a lean, 260lb tower of muscle within a few short years. He goes on to explain how he did this, how he trained others to do the same, using a combination of exacting weight training technique, cardio instruction, and dietary adjustment, presented in a straightforward, logical approach.

Dr. Mark Gloth, a noted specialist in physical medicine and rehabilitation comments:

“As an avid weightlifter and a physician specializing in physical medicine and rehabilitation, I found this book to be a well-written, die-hard approach to muscle and fitness. Craig has the uncanny ability to combine the key ingredients of basic muscle physiology, proper techniques, and hard core lifts into a practical, organized and entertaining guide to building muscle.”

In a revolutionary twist, the second portion of the book provides a barrage of over 100 workouts, each given a unique name and narrative, intended to keep the body building muscle on a consistent basis. Throughout the workout commentary, you can almost hear Mr. Cecil encouraging and challenging you to complete the gauntlet of workouts in order to reach your ultimate transformation.
