The Ritz-Carlton, Westchester to Hold “Stylish Social Occasions” Special Event

Jan. 19, 2012 - PRLog -- White Plains, NY (January 2012) If you are planning a wedding, bar/bat Mitzvah or other social occasion in the coming months, you will not want to miss The Ritz-Carlton, Westchester’s “Stylish Social Occasions” planning event, which will be held on Sunday, April 1 from 12 noon-2:30 p.m. This FREE event will feature experts from across the region in all aspects of event planning: fashions, flowers, jewelry, décor, cakes, invitations, music and more – and that’s just the beginning.

As you enter the function space on the second floor of the hotel, you will be greeted by beautiful displays from the hotel’s preferred vendors, including Diana Gould Ltd., Diana Heimann Jewelry Salon, The Ritz-Carlton, Westchester’s own Executive Chef, Total Entertainment and others. Once inside the Grand Ballroom, a wide variety of local and regional vendors will have displays and be available to consult with you about the specifics of your function, creative approaches and what they recommend from an event planning perspective.

Throughout the event, you can attend one or more of the special, 30-minute seminars focusing on a particular area of event planning. Topics will include Flowers & Décor, Fabulous Fashions, and Food & Beverage options. Seminars leaders and titles will be announced as the event draws closer.

A highlight of the event will be a series of live fashion shows showcasing trends in bridal & bridal party fashions, Bar/Bat Mitzvah children’s and parent fashions and general party looks.
