In this endearing tale, the authors weave fantasy with reality. Quickly's quest – to learn all about pancakes and to search for great pancake recipes – takes him on an adventure where he meets some of the most famous chefs who ever wielded a spatula. This children's book features 25 pancake recipes from world famous chefs, including Jacques Pépin, Roy Yamaguchi, Cat Cora, Michael Chiarello, and Charles Phan.
This is a book like no other – it is both for children and for the significant adults in their lives. Illustrated charmingly by Chason Matthams, the pictures are stunning in their visual effects.
