Affirmative Call Center Solutions (ACCS) opens a 120 seat domestic inbound and outbound service and sales center in Mesa, Arizona, offering multiple outsourced business processes to any sized business in a wide range of industries.
 
Jan. 18, 2012 - PRLog -- Affirmative Call Center Solutions (ACCS) announced today that it completed its launch of a new domestic center in Mesa, AZ effective January 1, 2012.  The new location, billed as the company’s newest “Solutions Center,” is a versatile space with up to 120 workstations available.

The Mesa, Arizona facility is capable of supporting not only inbound customer service and sales operations, but also third party verification, refund processing, outbound sales, and other forms of outsourced business processes. The center is expected to employ over 100 associates.

According to ACCS’ President and CEO, Cindy Teague, the company is “very excited about this new site, which shows the continued commitment ACCS has not only our partners, but also to the communities in which we are located.”
