Sanctuary Body Spa of St. Dominic's
PRLog (Press Release) -
Jan. 18, 2012 - (Ridgeland, Miss.) January 17, 2012– The architectural and interior design concept of the new destination spa in Ridgeland, Miss. stems from an elegant, contemporary theme integrated with a minimalist, natural, earthy element.
The color palette for Sanctuary Body Spa of St. Dominic’s was influenced by the indigenous flora and fauna of the area. Design architect and interior designer for the project, Nicole Migeon, Architect PLLC incorporated shades of orange, red, yellow, cream and white inspired by the magnolia, coreopsis, the white tailed deer and the fox.
Unique architectural elements include a teak lined tunnel walkway that greets guests as they enter the spa, a custom designed water feature and chandelier, an environmentally friendly green roof, Nana-wall vanishing doors, Priva-lite electronic clear-to-opaque glass walls, teak embellished lockers and porcelain floors. These elements transform the complex operations of a state-of-the-
art medical spa into a resort style luxury destination.
