PRLog -- According to a new report published on http://FreeTheTetherBalls.org , democrats have been scientifically proven to be the funniest political party. Republicans took second place while Independants came in third. The study is the result of an ongoing caption contest at http://HumorQ.com where members both judge and submit cartoon captions using a method host Bob DiPasquale calls crowdsifting. Bob explains "Members always need to do some voting before they can submit their caption. Every caption gets distributed and reviewed frequently, randomly, anonymously, and equally." The recent report combines the sites ability to score every caption and member with the demographic data optionally provided during signup for the free membership. Other results included in the report show men, lefties, grey haired, and middle income members as funniest among their demographic categories.
