TCii CEO Terry Irwin to present leadership seminar for Metro Bank

PRLog (Press Release) - Jan. 18, 2012 - Metro Bank, the first UK High Street bank to open in over 100 years, has invited Terry Irwin, CEO of TCii Strategic and Management Consultants, to present a seminar at its first business event of 2012. Entitled The Seven Deadly Sins of a Business Owner, Terry’s presentation will be a practical guide to the seven key “sins” and five key “temptations” that form barriers to success.
   
The event will take place on Thursday 26 January from 6.30pm to 8.30pm at Metro Bank’s Earl’s Court branch: 247-249 Cromwell Road, London SW5 9GA.

“A company’s competitive performance is directly related to the performance of its CEO,” says Terry. “There’s a plethora of books and articles on leadership, but they can be complex and too theoretical, and they only reflect one individual’s view of the world. And running a business is much harder than it was even ten years ago. My aim is to show business owners how to deliver the basics of leadership at a much higher level of performance.”

Focusing on customer service and convenience, Metro Bank started with four stores in 2010 in Holborn, Earl's Court, Fulham and Borehamwood. To date it has nine stores across Greater London, and aims to have 200+ stores by 2020.
