Christopher J. Dohrmann joins Norse Solutions as Executive Director Business Development USA

Former Morgan Stanley Smith Barney (MSSB) Executive Director Christopher J. Dohrmann has joined Norse as Executive Director and is to focus on Business Development for the US market. Chris has spent 16 years in the share-plan administration industry in various positions and is a seasoned professional and subject matter expert in the Equity Compensation administration. Chris will be based in New York and will focus on business development in the US and UK as well as managing large accounts world-wide, contributing to Norse Solutions’ high growth.

Chris has almost 30 years of management experience in many different areas of the equity business from systems and product development to sales and client management. He has led teams associated with, and supporting, system development, product strategy, software training and documentation and financial reporting. Through his career he has demonstrated innovation and problem solving skills over three decades with tremendous growth and change in the equity compensation market.

Chris is also a well-known expert speaker from over 20 industry conferences or events in 2011, including National Association of Stock Plan Professional’s 2011 National Conference, Global Equity Organization 2011 Conference and GEO’s inaugural National Equity Compensation Forum. In addition to systems development, Chris has extensive experience in Call Center Management, Securities Transfer and Limited Partnership Operations.
