Srinagar Sherdils motivates Young Guns at Heritage towards National Integration

Jan. 18, 2012 - PRLog -- The day started with a huge gathering in the campus where 13 vibrant cricket players of Srinagar Sherdil inspired the Heritage School students with an attractive presentation about Kashmir and how Kashmir is well equipped with all the facilities to encourage sports as well as education. 17 students of Classes 8, 9 and 11 from the Heritage school were present who all were thrilled after a warm interaction and after experiencing a wonderful presentation from Srinagar Sherdil. It was also exciting to know that Srinagar Sherdil has defeated 192 teams across India in the KPL and they were officially on a trip to Kolkata, Chennai, Mumbai and many more places in India. The trip was organized by Chinar corps and the Chinar Air Defence Brigade and the Kolkata visit was been coordinated by the Rotary Club of Kolkata which was represented by Mudar Patherya, an eminent columnist in Kolkata.
After an enlighting presentation, Srinagar Sherdil consisting of 13 members which included  Irshad Wani, Adil Rishi, Majid Dar, Mehjoor Ali,Mudasir Bhat, Owasis Shah, Muneer Baid, Major Amit Singh, Editor in chief  of print media Brighter Kashmir, Farooq Wahi and others took a tour of the campus of Heritage Group of Institutions including the golf courts, swimming pool, multiplex simulated auditorium, vast playground, basket ball courts , long tennis courts and other infrastructural facilities and they were amazed to see such a spacious and cozy facilities which Heritage is providing to the students in the heart of Kolkata. During the tour, they were accompanied by the Executive Director, CEO and Campus Administrator of the Heritage group of Institutions and later they got delighted to learn that ms Seema Sapru the principal and Ms Meenakshi Atal, the Vice Principal of the Heritage school are form the Kashmir origin.
