AP | PORTUGAL: Certified Company EN15038:2006 - European standard for translation services

Jan. 18, 2012 - PRLog -- Luxembourg - Lisbon, 17 January 2012 - Wordbee is proud to announce that AP | PORTUGAL is now a company certified by the European Quality Standard EN15038: 2006. AP | PORTUGAL is the official reseller of Wordbee Translator in all Portuguese speaking countries since mid-2010.

This certification was achieved primarily thanks to the professionalism of the staff of  AP | PORTUGAL and secondly to the web-based integrated project management and translation software of Wordbee, the latter being a crucial factor in the certification process, since it complies with the requirements of the standard.

Wordbee Translator allows managing the entire life cycle of a project, integrating an editor for translation, revision, creation of translation memories and organization and filing of documents online, while making it possible for the whole team to intervene in the translation project simultaneously and in real time.

Note that EN15038:2006 is the only standard at a European level which defines the quality requirements and certifies the translation industry services, encompassing all its aspects: human and technical resources, quality management system, project records, contractual framework, procedures and further value-added services.
